- Mike Hurley is a Vice President at Strategas Asset Management, serving as an External Wholesaler for the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northern United States. He builds and strengthens relationships with Financial Advisors, RIAs, and Portfolio Managers, providing insights into the Strategas Asset Management product suite and guidance on how to integrate these strategies effectively within client portfolios.
- Mike has spent his career working alongside Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers, beginning at Merrill Lynch, where he was one of the original team members on the firm’s structured product and ETF desk. His early work included being among the first to educate Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors on ETFs and helping support the launch and distribution of the firm’s pioneering ETF platform.
- His career spans sales and advisory positions at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and AXA Advisors, where he developed a deep understanding of advisor needs across wealth management, structured products, fixed income, and ETF products. His consistent focus has been helping advisors solve problems, uncover opportunities, and deliver deeper value to their clients.
- Most recently, Mike served as the Midwest Regional Vice President at ProShares, where he built strong relationships with advisors across six states, providing education on ETF strategy, portfolio construction, and retirement-focused solutions. His work included delivering seminars, product presentations, and ongoing support to help advisors improve outcomes for their clients.
- Mike has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fordham University.
